2. Pressure Washing
The rendered surface is washed to remove dirt, loose paint, and surface growth.
3. Biological Growth Treatment
Where algae or moss is present, a mould treatment is applied and left to dry fully.
4. Crack Filling and Priming
Hairline cracks are filled with exterior filler, primed, and left to cure.
5. First Coat
Breathable masonry paint is applied in full, even coverage.
6. Second Coat
Applied once the first is dry. A second coat is standard on all render painting for consistent, opaque coverage.
